Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver all our products securely and cost effectively, in the shortest time possible.

Shipping Times

Your mode of payment may influence when your order is shipped.

In general, SMAS processes and ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Properly completed orders will ship as soon as your payment is cleared.

Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be processed the next available business day.

Estimated delivery time for items in stock is 3-5 business days within Peninsular Malaysia & 5-7 business days to East Malaysia, Singapore & Thailand.

An acknowledgement of receipt may be asked from you upon the delivery of your order.

Deliveries may be delayed during festive peak seasons such as Christmas, Hari Raya & Chinese New Year. Please allow a further 5-7 business days on top of the usual delivery lead times.

Estimated delivery time for build-to-order boards is 15-18 weeks.

SMAS ships to Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore and Thailand.

Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties where applicable. You are encouraged to contact the customs office in your country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

We have made every effort to minimise our international shipping charges and only charge our cost for these services. We do not profit from our shipping services. We are also required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.


Order Tracking

All SMAS deliveries have a unique tracking number that will be emailed to you together with the carrier details when the order is dispatched. Delivery progress can then be tracked via the link provided.


Receiving Your Order

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available during delivery as orders will not be left at an unattended address or a PO Box. If you opt to use a work address, please include the name of the business clearly. If no one is available to sign for your order a card will be left and the order will be re-directed to the nearest post depot or carrier office. You are then responsible for collecting the parcel, and in most cases, you will be required to present a photo ID.


Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of the product. Personalised, specially ordered or discounted product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless stated otherwise during the time of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges
  • Refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee which will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Product exchanges are subject to availability and you will be responsible for the return shipment as well as the shipment of the exchanged product


Free Shipping

SMAS offers free shipping on special occasions, which we may announce on this website and communicated through our mailing list prior to the promotion. If you wish to be notified, you may opt to receive this communication plus other promotional offers by signing up here


Self Pickup / Store Pickup

You may also opt to pick up your order at our location. Simply select this option during checkout. You will receive an email to confirm once your order is ready for collection.
